Fitouto is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the supplier, contract, equipment, procedure and move records you choose to store. The free worksheet computes in your browser and sends nothing anywhere: we do not receive the document counts, minutes, cabinet counts or rent you type into it unless you save the result to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor and we sell you the subscription directly. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to suppliers, lead buyers or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never reach Fitouto. Email is delivered by our email provider. Where you store your own staff's or your suppliers' details in Fitouto we act as your processor under UK GDPR Article 28 and as a service provider under the CCPA, on the written terms published on this site, and we hold a current list of the sub-processors involved.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@fitouto.com. We respond within one month.
